Realization

Realization

For us, analysis and realization are two separate projects. The analysis results in a clear functional and architecture design. The existence of these designs doesn't mean the client's role is played out, on the contrary. Our approach within a realization project is iterative, with each iteration resulting in runnable software that the client can test and possibly even take into production if the most important functionality is already implemented. Because there is a usable product at the end of each iteration, design issues are quickly spotted and can be solved immediately. This can often be done with little or no extra cost to the project, especially in comparison to projects where the client can only judge if the desired result is achieved when the software is developed.

We incorporate multiple reviews into a realization project, both internally and with the client. In review sessions the validity of the solution is assessed with the client. Internally we make sure the architecture, design and code are all in accordance with our high quality demands that we have documented in our development standards.

After care

The project doesn't stop when the software is delivered. The project lifecycle is finished with an after care period in which defects are solved by Batavia Labs free of charge. We also offer an application management contract to cost effectively manage the application's lifecycle. Because of our high quality standards, we can offer this at low cost. Our high quality standards ensure that knowledge transfer is relatively painless should the client choose another company for application management.
