How we work

Batavia Labs develops software based on Microsoft-technology including (but not limited to) Microsoft .NET, SharePoint, BizTalk and Commerce Server. Our project teams consist of skilled developers who constantly improve their skills through coaching by our most experienced people. We work with professionals from the Netherlands and Indonsesia, from where we recruit our talented professionals. However, we don't offshore. Our teams are completely based in our office in Amsterdam.

Together with the client

Our process is characterized by intensive collaboration with the client, very intensive coaching of the project team by our most experienced professionals and multiple reviews, both with the client as within the project team. This approach guarantees a clear view for the client of the project's progress and ensures that issues are discerned and solved at an early stage.

Our approach

Our approach consists of elements from several methodologies that have proven themselves in the field, but distinguishes itself because of the separation of analysis and realization into two separate projects. In our approach we use design reviews, pair programming, code reviews and group project sessions, to guarantee a high quality. We also provide excellent after care, after which we can provide application management services.
