Analysis

In an analysis project we create a clear formulation of the problem, requirements and wishes, in collaboration with the client. From there the functional design and architecture design are created, which forms the basis for planning realization. BataviaLabs sees the analysis phase as a separate project, with clear deliverables. This means that at the end of the analysis phase the client still has the opportunity to change the scope of the project or even cancel the project all together. That may sound strange, but if the result of the analysis phase indicates that the project is not likely to deliver what the client expects, this conclusion can save a lot of effort and cost.

Because the analysis phase is offered and executed as a separate project, the client could choose use another (possibly internal) party for the realization. This is possible because the deliverables of the analysis phase are transparent and as such not only usable by BataviaLabs. Of course we can always provide additional consultancy, even if the project is realized by another company.

In an analysis project we have multiple review sessions, both with the client and internally. In the sessions we test the validity of the functional design and architecture design.
